On Monday, Dec. 1, at 4 p.m., in the conference room of the Adventist Institute of Biblical Culture “Villa Aurora” (via Ellen Gould White 8, Florence), there will be a new appointment with Libro Amico, the literary review dedicated to the dialogue between faith, culture and contemporary thought.
Protagonist of the meeting will be the volume “The Interaction of Law and Religion in the Digital Transition” (Giappichelli, 2025) by Pasquale Annicchino, professor at the University of Foggia.
The text delves into the transformations that the digital transition is producing in the relationship between religious dimensions and legal systems, a central theme for understanding the challenges posed by new technologies to contemporary society.
In dialogue with the author will be Tiziano Rimoldi, lecturer at the Adventist Faculty of Theology, who will accompany the audience in exploring the main legal, cultural and social issues addressed in the volume.
The event will also be streamed live on the Institute’s Facebook page:
