CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
The course explores the topic of cultural mediation for conflict resolution between peoples and cultures. At the same time, he draws lessons from this that can also be applied in the context of the coexistence of multiple ethnicities and cultures within the same community, including religious communities. In view of this goal, case-studies of ethnic and religious conflicts and how they were dealt with will be illustrated.
