Built in the 1300’s and owned for centuries by the noted Riccardi family, the park flourished in the late 1800’s with the addition of numerous exotic plants. The atmosphere of the villa and environs will enrich your Italian experience as it has for students since its beginnings as an Adventist school in 1947. the residence hall staff are here to help and a doctor regularly visits campus for any health needs.
Our able and creative Italian cooks serve up fresh and tasty meals every day. Based on traditional Italian cooking with an emphasis on balance and abundant seasonal produce, typical meals include pasta dishes, legumes, a choice of vegetable sides, salad bar and fresh fruit. Pizza and tagliatelle pasta made from scratch are weekly favorites!
