The Adventist Institute is calling for the selection of. n. 1 resource For the preceptorship division.

The Institute’s preceptor and preceptress perform the following duties:

• They offer support to students, female students, and volunteers as they train and acclimate to the Villa Aurora University campus,
• They oversee boarding school life and promote socializing activities and support the organization of spiritual moments on campus,
• They oversee the coordination of various services, in the accommodation and academic facilities on campus.

Type of employment: full time

Position: Associate Preceptor

Place of work: Florence – Villa Aurora Campus

Qualifications and skills: bachelor’s degree/master’s degree (preferred)

Language skills: Italian; English level B2;

interpersonal skills: ease of speech, empathy, good ability to work in a team, aptitude for problem solving.

Membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church

Classification: minister of worship, level to be determined

Start of trial period: February 2024
