Incontro con il Direttore, Docenti e studenti della Facoltà di Teologia rivolto a tutti coloro che stanno maturando l’idea di iscriversi.
La Chiesa Cristiana Avventista del Settimo Giorno crede da sempre che uno dei suoi mandati principali sia quello di promuovere un concetto di educazione basato sulla Bibbia e che permetta di «restaurare nell’uomo e nella donna l’immagine del Creatore e ricondurli alla perfezione di quando erano stati creati. Questa deve essere l’opera della redenzione. Questo è l’obiettivo dell’educazione, il grande obiettivo della vita» (E.G. White, Principi di educazione cristiana, Ed. ADV, 2002, p. 10).
È per questo motivo che anche quest’anno esce il bando di concorso “La luna e il sole”, indetto dall’Istituto IACB, in continuità con quanto ha fatto il Dipartimento dell’Educazione negli anni passati. Di seguito sono disponibili il bando di concorso e il modulo d‘iscrizione per partecipare a tale concorso per l’assegnazione di n. 4 borse di studio (del valore di € 500,00 ciascuna) riservate ai laureati in possesso di laurea di I livello; n. 4 borse di studio (del valore di € 750,00 ciascuna) riservate ai laureati in possesso di laurea di II livello o magistrale CU e n. 2 borse di studio (del valore di € 1.000,00 ciascuna) per tesi di master e/o dottorato di ricerca, che abbiano presentato lavori di tesi su tematiche inerenti l’area della spiritualità, della religione o della Chiesa avventista. Possono presentare domanda coloro che appartengono alla Chiesa avventista dell’Unione Italiana, e che abbiano conseguito la propria laurea presso tutti gli Atenei nazionali non avventisti nell’anno accademico 2020. La domanda deve essere inviata esclusivamente a mezzo raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, entro il 31 dicembre 2020 (fa fede il timbro dell’ufficio postale) e va indirizzata al direttore dell’Istituto IACB: Davide Romano, Istituto IACB, Via del Pergolino 12, 50139 Firenze FI.
Per questo progetto, l’Istituto IACB si avvale della collaborazione di diverse realtà avventiste tra cui: il CeCSUR, il Dipartimento della Gioventù Avventista e l’associazione AUDA-AMiCUS, e desidera sostenere e seguire i nostri giovani universitari perché possano sentire da parte della Chiesa un forte sostegno nella continua integrazione della loro formazione accademica nel proprio mondo valoriale e nell’essere “avventista”. Il mio augurio per tutti coloro che parteciperanno è che “la luna” e “il sole” della loro vita possano riflettere sempre il volto di Gesù. Un abbraccio fraterno.

A breve la premiazione dell’anno 2020
A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth. Even the all-powerful Pointing has no control about the blind texts it is an almost unorthographic life One day however a small line of blind text by the name of Lorem Ipsum decided to leave for the far World of Grammar. The Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because there were thousands of bad Commas, wild Question Marks and devious Semikoli, but the Little Blind Text didn’t listen. She packed her seven versalia, put her initial into the belt and made herself on the way. When she reached the first hills of the Italic Mountains, she had a last view back on the skyline of her hometown Bookmarksgrove, the headline of Alphabet Village and the subline of her own road, the Line Lane. Pityful a rethoric question ran over her cheek, then she continued her way. On her way she met a copy. The copy warned the Little Blind Text, that where it came from it would have been rewritten a thousand times and everything that was left from its origin would be the word “and” and the Little Blind Text should turn around and return to its own, safe country. But nothing the copy said could convince her and so it didn’t take long until a few insidious Copy Writers ambushed her.
