In informing you that the European Regulation 2016/679 on the, provides you with the following information in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR:

Data acquired as part of Events, Conferences and may be:

  • Images and films, through video footage, sound recordings and photographs individually or in groups the participating subjects, in the following Images

 

Purpose, nature and legal basis of the Processing

Document and disseminate activities and events of significant interest carried out by the Institute: in order to promote the spirit of the Institute, the Holder may collect and publish images of you on the Institute website, on social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) or any other form or medium of transmission,

Legal basis for processing: consent given by you as a Data Subject (Art.

6 par. 1(a) of the GDPR). Consent to the collection and publication of photos/videos is considered to be legitimately given by the Interested Parties if, having been informed of the methods and purposes of the processing, they participate in events or activitiesproposed by the Institute.

Mode and Duration of Treatment

In relation to the above-mentioned purpose, the processing of personal data will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with logics of organization and processing strictly related to the purpose itself and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, as well as in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical security measures referred to in Art. 32 of the GDPR.

Retention Period: Images may be retained in databases and on the Controller’s website until the freely expressed consent is revoked.

Mandatory or non-mandatory consent

The provision of your data is optional. Failure to consent will not allow the use of the subject’s images for the above purpose.

In this regard, she may participate in the events by stopping in the areas that will not be subject to filming that will be properly highlighted.

Communication and dissemination of data

To the extent relevant to the stated purpose of processing, personal data (Images) may be disclosed to our. personnel as part of the normal conduct of organizational business and to any external Managers appointed by the Owner (photographer, graphic designer)

Transfer of data to a third country or international organization

Personal data are processed within the European Union and stored on servers located there. It is understood in any case that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will have the right to transmit such data to a third country or international organization and/or move the servers also outside the EU. In such a case, the Data Controller hereby assures that the transfer of the non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions set forth in Art. 44e ff. of the GDPR.

Exercise of rights under articles 13-25 GDPR 2016/679

The interested party by addressing the Holder may exercise the following specific rights at any time:

  • The right of access i.e. the ability to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data is being processed and if so, to obtain access to one’s personal data;
  • The right to erasure of data without delay at the request of the Data Subject and compulsorily if:
    • personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes of the Processing;
  • The right to personal data portability as the option to receive personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
  • the right to restriction of processing , which allows one to obtain, in the cases provided for in the legislation, the restriction (i.e. marking of personal data stored with the aim of limiting their processing in the future) of the processing of one’s personal data;

It should be noted that in reference to the Images, no right of

updating, rectification or supplementation due to the inherent nature of the data collected,

In the event of a request from you for information regarding your data, the Controller will respond as soon as possible – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – and in any case no later than thirty days from the request. Any inability or delay on the part of the Holder in fulfilling requests will be adequately justified.

Provision of consent and concurrent authorization for publication and dissemination of images (pursuant to and in accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of the Copyright Law)

Taking note of the above statement, the person who freely accesses the areas subject to video recording

  • Acknowledges to the Owner (IACB) the exclusive right of economic exploitation, for the use within the limits of the Publication, of the Images referable to him/her in the context specified above, expressly renouncing in relation to the same to any claim of an economic-patrimonial nature, present and future, direct and indirect
  • accepts that the Publication may be carried out by the Owner (IACB) in the manner, time and contexts deemed most appropriate by the same, including together with images of other subjects or in conjunction with distinctive signs and slogans of the Institute or attributable to the same as well as with songs, music, acronyms always chosen by the Owner, provided that the Publication as carried out does not harm its dignity and image and its personal and professional prestige;
