RELIGIOUS FUNDAMENTALISM
The course aims to present and describe the phenomenon of religious fundamentalism, particularly the Abrahamic monotheistic religions. The causes that generate fundamentalism, the value framework in which it develops and its most problematic aspects will be studied. The link that may exist between fundamentalism and violence will be explored, exposing the clichés while not hiding the real problems.
