Paolo Naso teaches Political Science at Sapienza – University of Rome, where he also coordinates the Master’s Degree in Religions and Cultural Mediation.

In his academic career he has held faculty positions in the United States (Wake Forest University and Davidson College, both in North Carolina) and Germany (Wittenberg).

For the Federation of Evangelical Churches in Italy, he coordinates Mediterranean Hope – Refugee and Migrant Program and the Dialogue Integration Study Commission. He collaborates with several research institutes including the Center for Confrontation Studies, the Sangalli Foundation, the Biblia Association, and the Methodist Study Center.

He serves as a consultant for several public and private institutions including the Ministry of the Interior for which he coordinated the Council for Relations with Islam.
