Scholarships are reserved for students in the Adventist Faculty of Theology
Scholarships allow students to pursue their education and training with greater peace of mind, knowing that they can count on financial support to help pay part of their tuition.
In some cases the scholarship is also a merit award. In fact, it is important from an educational point of view to recognize the commitment and excellent level achieved in the attainment of educational goals by the students who have excelled the most.
The scholarships are a gift, an encouragement to continue confidently on one’s challenging path of exploration and preparation for ministry. A small, very human sign of blessing.
The Immanuel Scholarship is available to the student/student who enrolls in the first year of the Faculty of Theology (FAT), or the first year of the master’s degree program having received the three-year degree from FAT. The scholarship is reserved exclusively for students/students who apply for it and have boarding school status. It may have a variable amount, up to a ceiling of 2,500.00 euros, depending on the allocated reserves. The request should be made to the attention of the administration at the time of enrollment.
For recent graduates enrolling in the first year of the Faculty who have graduated from high school with a grade of not less than 100/100, the scholarship, if applied for, will invariably be enjoyed for the entire ceiling.
The cum laude scholarships are available to particularly deserving male/female students who enroll in an academic year following the first one and have passed in the past academic year all the required exams, achieving an average of 29/30.
This scholarship can reach the ceiling of 2,500.00 euros. The scholarship is available only once in the three-year cycle and once in the master’s degree cycle.
The request should be made to the attention of the administration at the time of ‘registration.
The student/student can apply for financial aid called the “Three-Way Plan.” The request should be forwarded to one’s home church, which, through the Church Committee, will deliberate on said aid of varying amounts as it sees fit. The amount allocated to the student, as soon as it is received by the institution’s administration, will be doubled by UICCA. The Institute participates up to a maximum of 250.00 euros.
The Professor Antonio Caracciolo Scholarship is reserved for men and women students who are enrolled in the first year of a master’s degree program in attendance, and have completed, at FAT or another Adventist university, a 1st level degree program with a final graduation grade of not less than 108/110 (or equivalent grade) and have produced a dissertation in biblical prophetic literature. The request should be submitted to the Institute’s administration at the time of enrollment or by the end of the calendar year in which you graduated. The Professor Antonio Caracciolo scholarship can reach the amount of €1,000.00.
For students enrolled in the years following the first year of the FAT, it is possible to benefit from aid for the purchase of theology books covering 50 percent of the expense, documented by showing the receipt or tax receipt, up to a maximum of 30 euros for each book purchased and until the funds annually prepared are exhausted.
