The Christian principles that inspire the Institute’s work and motivate its policy and academic choices flow from a precise confession of faith, which can be summarized as follows:

The Spiritual Master Plan that will guide our reflection this year is inspired by the text from Matthew 13:44 “Hidden Joy.” Looking around us, the reality we face often presents itself to us as harsh, gloomy and uncertain. However, our world is not joyless. The seeds of God’s Kingdom are in the field, hidden but present. During the academic year 2023-2024, we will set out in search of this treasure, all together, mindful of his promise, “I have told you these things, that my joy may abide in you and that your joy may be complete” (John 15:11).
